End-to-end 3D capture & fabrication in Minneapolis–Saint Paul.
01
LiDAR SLAM
Detailed 3D scans indoors or outdoors, capturing buildings, facilities, and environments with high precision. Perfect for construction, renovations, facility management, and creating digital twins.
Precise CAD and mesh models from scans or concepts. Drafted parts, prototypes, and environment models delivered in preferred format Ready for BIM, design review, game engines, or web.
Functional prototypes and small-batch parts engineered within project-optimized design and material constraints, ensuring the right balance of performance, cost, and accuracy.
Not every job is a standard deliverable. These are the engagements that start from a problem: build the tooling, integrate the sensors, or work out the approach before anything is committed.
01
Sensor Integration
Getting the right sensors onto the right platform and making them agree with each other. LiDAR, GNSS/RTK, cameras, radar, IMUs and depth sensors mounted, powered, time-aligned and calibrated, so what comes off them lands in one coordinate frame instead of several.
Software for the parts of a 3D workflow no off-the-shelf tool covers. Capture and processing pipelines, conversion between the formats a project actually has to speak, automated reporting, and viewers that put a point cloud or a model in front of someone who does not have a CAD seat.
Deciding what to capture, what to buy and what good enough looks like, before the money is spent. Scope and accuracy review at the start of a project, hardware and workflow selection, and training for whoever runs it afterwards.
Comprehensive 3D mapping for above-ground, underground, and mixed environments. Closed-loop SLAM registered to survey control, delivering high-fidelity models with high accuracy.
02
Drone Mapping
Aerial surveys with drone imagery, producing detailed maps and elevation models for site planning, inspections, and progress tracking.
